I am a writer

I am a writer, living in imagination to survive in realityI am a writer, and I am proud of it. Despite the controversial topics of my stories, I am happy with what I write.

I read a quote recently that triggered this blog entry.

I’m a writer, and I live in imagination to survive in reality.

This quote spoke to me. I’m not exactly sure why, but the moment I read it, I knew it encapsulated much of who I was, who I am today, and who I will be. I love my imagination.

Like my favorite story genre, I enjoy reading and watching on the screen, science fiction, I imagine worlds and experiences that tweak my senses, push my limits, sending me into an alternate reality. An alternate reality where I can live outside my body, enjoying a fantasy world of adventure and excitement.

I am a writer living in Imagination

I enjoy living in my imagination. My imagination allows me freedom, unrestrained by the constraints of the real world. I can sleep with dozens of women, play ultimate sports, box, ski, and dream. I can explore my dominant self one day, and delve into my submissive side, relishing the experience of turning total control over to someone else. To give power over me to someone else and not have to decide about anything. There’s a kind of freedom in never having to decide.

Living in my imagination allows my stories to come to life. The scenes and plots are all out of the inventions of my mind. Who would think today’s issues and crises could lead to a society of peace and open public sex, at the expense of a near catastrophe of the extinction of humanity? Or, that a thousand years ago, a consortium grew into an organized syndicate bent on trafficking humans eclipsing today’s organized crime lords. What about something simple? A curious mermaid desires to discover the surface world and learns something new about herself.

Surviving in Reality

My imagination has taken me on a journey from which there is no end. I am pleased about it. I live in my imagination to survive in reality.
