The Trafficking Consortium, third edition

The Trafficking Consortium, third edition

I’m especially proud of The Trafficking Consortium, third edition. I ran into an issue with writing the last couple of chapters of book 8. I know how I want to end it, yet I didn’t know how to transition from story to it. So, I took a break. What did I do? I wanted to issue an audiobook version of the first book in the Consortium series.

That led to a rewrite of the entire book, a dozen or more edits using several sources, and perhaps five walk throughs of the audiobook. And before any of you ask, I have several people reading and editing it, just in case something got missed. I wanted to get the cadence just right, and it provided me an opportunity to delve deeper into the mindsets of the characters. Overall, it’s the same story. And as you can see, while I was at it, I gave it a new book cover. Frankly, I was bored with the original one.

While it was a good story when first published, but now, it’s a fantastic story. Editing for audio book improved it in so many ways.

I am an avid reader since I was a child. I’ve read a lot of good and bad stories, stories that left me wanting, or worse, bored. Not this edition. Of course, since I am its author, I could be biased. I would counter that by saying that it’s been about a decade since I first wrote that book, and I came at it with fresh eyes and a blank mind. I found I had forgotten much within that story. Not any more.

I love its latest edition, and hopefully the last. I’m sure you will too. Please try it out for yourself and let me know. “The Trafficking Consortium” (3rd edition) is available on Amazon; however, my Kindle shows the older cover art. I don’t know how long that will stay true.

If you purchased the book in the past, you don’t need to buy it again. Just remove it from your downloads. Once gone, find it in your library and click on it. It will download the new version. To make sure, look at the copyright page. It will say ‘Third Edition’ underneath the title. The copyright will read 2017-2025. If you see these two things, you have the correct copy. You’ll also notice I’ve divvied it up into four acts.

Print and Audiobook editions are also available on Amazon. To get to its Amazon page, click the book cover above.
